About

Built around the finish line.

Coastal Pressure Pros was founded in Lighthouse Point with one philosophy: a pressure washing job is only as good as the last 5%. Anyone can run a wand. We obsess over the streaks at the edges, the spots under the gutters, and the corner you'd never think to check — because that's the part you notice forever.

We've restored over 500 properties across Broward and South Palm Beach. Driveways, patios, walkways, roofs, restaurants, hotels — if salt air and humidity ruined it, we bring it back.

What we stand for

Three things we refuse to skip.

Right pressure, right surface

We dial pressure to the surface — never the other way around. Travertine, stamped concrete, and asphalt shingle all want different settings, and getting it wrong is permanent.

Local, licensed, insured

We live and work in Lighthouse Point. You'll see us at the same gas stations, at the same coffee shops, after we finish your job. That's accountability you can't fake.

Walk-around finish

Before we pack the truck, we walk the property with you. Anything you'd touch up, we touch up. We're not done until you say so.

Our coverage

Common questions

The stuff people ask before booking.

Will pressure washing damage my driveway or pavers?

Only if it's done wrong. We dial pressure based on the surface — stamped concrete, travertine, and decorative pavers get a lower-pressure surface cleaner. Plain pour concrete tolerates more pressure. We pretest a discreet corner before any broad pass.

How long does a typical residential job take?

A standard driveway + walkway takes 1.5–3 hours. A full property exterior (driveway, walkways, patio, roof soft wash) typically runs 4–7 hours. We give a realistic window with the quote, not a guess.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have outdoor water access and gate access, you can leave us a key drop and we'll send before/after photos when we wrap.

How often should I have my driveway pressure washed?

In South Florida, every 12–18 months for most surfaces. High-traffic commercial pads and shaded patios usually want every 6–9 months because mildew comes back faster without direct sun.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed in Broward County and carrying general liability coverage. Certificate of insurance available on request for HOAs and property managers.

Do you offer recurring contracts?

Yes. Monthly, quarterly, and seasonal contracts are available for HOAs, restaurants, hotels, and multi-family properties. Contract clients get priority scheduling and locked-in pricing.
